粘固剂种类及牙体预备时机对纤维桩冠方微渗漏的影响

摘    要:背景:牙体预备过程中高速涡轮机振动可破坏粘固剂与牙根、粘固剂与桩界面内的连续作用力,影响桩核的冠方封闭效果.目的:观察不同种类的粘固剂在不同时机行牙体预备对纤维桩冠方微渗漏的影响.方法:下颌单根管前磨牙随机分成3个实验组,在桩道预备后分别用Rely × luting、Panavia F、Paracore 5 mL粘接纤维桩.3个实验组内随机分成A,B,C 3个亚组,分别在粘固剂调和15,45,90 min后进行牙体预备后,经染色及透明化处理.在体式显微镜下记录各亚组微渗漏得分.结果与结论:同一牙体预备时机下,Rely × luting对纤维桩造成的冠方微渗漏影响最明显,Panavia F其次,Paracore 5 mL则最少;同一种粘固剂完全固化后,不同牙体预备时机对纤维桩冠方微渗漏无影响.
