摘    要:目的:研究低温保存期间肺泡内不同充气成份(纯氧和空气)对供者肺保存效果的影响。方法:实验分为3组,A组为新鲜正常对照组,B组为保存期间肺泡内充入空气组,C组为保存期间肺泡内充入纯氧组,将B,C两组的心肺组织浸于10度低钾右旋糖酐液中保存18h,取出后用温静脉血连续灌注左肺30min,结果:C组流出血氧分压(PO2)显著高于B组,与A组近似;二氧化碳分压(PCO2)显著低于A组和B组,肺动脉平均压明显低于A组和B组,再灌注后再二醛含量显著低于组,与A组近似。结论:供肺低温保存期间(18h)肺泡内充入纯氧的保护效果显著优于空气。

Abstract:Objective To study the influence of different intraalveolar oxygen concentrations (100% O 2 and room air) on the isolated rabbit lung function after a period storage. Methods Three groups of 6 rabbits in each were studied. In the group A of normal control group, the lungs were assessed immediately after being harvested no flushing and storing; In the groups B and C, the lungs were ventilated and inflated with room air and 100 % oxygen respectively after 18?h preservation. The donor left lungs alone were ventilated and reperfused with fresh venous blood for 30?min. Results In the group C, the blood PO 2 was significantly higher than in the group B, while PCO 2 and mean pulmonary artery pressure were obviously lower than those in the group A and B. The levels of tissue malondiadehyde after reperfusion were obviously lower than in the group B, similar to those in the group A. Conclusion The effects of donor lung low temperature preservation with 100% oxygen inflation are superior to those with room air inflation in 18?h.
