| 摘 要： | 目的发现和掌握不同性质的胃隆起样病变的声像图特征。方法回顾性分析56例胃隆起样病变声像图的特征。结果问质瘤33例，息肉5例，炎性增生3例，异位胰腺3例，脂肪瘤5例，诊断符合率86．49％（48／56）。结论胃充盈超声技术可初步为胃黏膜隆起样病变作出定性诊断。

Gastric filling ultrasound technique for diagnosis of stomach bulge-like lesions( 56 cases report) |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the ultrasonographic characteristics of different stomach bulge - like lesions. Methods Retrospective analysis of sonographic characteristics of 56 cases of stomach bulge - like lesions. Results Among them, there were 33 cases of stromal tumors, 5 cases of polyp, 3 cases of inflammatory hyperplasia, 3 cases of heterotopic pancreas, 5 cases of lipoma. Diagnosis consistent rate was 86. 49% (48/56). Conclusion Gastric filling ultrasound technique can be used to give a preliminary diagnosis to the stomach bulge -like lesions. |
