脑肽精对痴呆小鼠学习记忆功能及SOD和MDA 水平的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨脑肽精对痴呆小鼠学习记忆功能及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)水平的影响。方法:建立痴呆动物模型,用脑肽精高(1.50g/kg)、中(0.75g/kg)、低(0.33g/kg)剂量治疗,通过避暗试验评价痴呆动物学习记忆功能的改变,用生化分析方法测定小鼠脑中SOD和MDA的水平变化,并与正常组、模型组,生理盐水治疗组及脑复康阳性治疗组结果相比较。结果:各剂量组脑肽精均能提高痴呆小鼠的学习记忆能力,并诱导SOD活性升高和抑制MDA的生成。结论:脑肽精对痴呆小鼠有良好的疗效。

Abstract:Aim: To study the treatment function of brain peptide crystal (BPC) on dementia mice. Methods: The model of dementia mice was established, and treated with BPC.The learning and remembering functions of dementia mice were measured by the escaping light test.The change of levels of SOD (superoxide dismutase) and MDA (malondialdehyde) was analyzed with biochemistrical analysis method. Results: It was shown that BPC could improve the learning and remembering abilities of the dementia mice,induce the increase of SOD activity, and inhibit the produce of MDA. Conclusion: BPC has ideal effect in treatment of dementia mice.
