胫骨平台骨折92例临床分析

目的：探讨胫股平台骨折的治疗方法。方法：对92例患者根据骨折的不同类型损伤程度采取不同治疗方法。结果：手术治疗73例、保守治疗19例，取得了满意疗效论对胫骨平台骨折塌陷移位或侧向移位明显，侧向不稳，合并侧副韧带、交叉韧带、内外侧半月板损伤者均应手术。常规探查膝关节有助于骨折复位和修复关节内损伤，支撑钢板或普通钢板塑形后内固定能防止塌陷移位，术后早期不负重功能锻炼可降低并发症，关节腔内注射SH可改善创伤性膝关节炎患者的症状。

Clinical analysis of 92 cases of fracture of tibial plateau

Objective: To investigate treatment technique for fractures of the tibial plateau. Method:Different treatments according to different kinds exents of 92 fracture cases.Result:Satisfactory achievment in both 73 operation treatments and 19 conservative treatments.Conclusion:Operations should be done on the cases such as subsiding displace or obvious side direction displace,unstable side direction of fractures of the tibial plateau,combining damages of side ligament, ctoss ligament and inside or outside meniscus. Regular knee joint exploration helps to restore fracures and repair inner damages of joint. The fixing of supporting steel plate or the fixing after molding ordinary steel plate can effectively prevent subsiding displace. During early convalescence after operation, functional exercises without weight can reduce its complications, SH injection into the joint cavity can improve the symptoms of the patients suffering from wound gonarthritis.
