| Abstract: | Human care ability was the soul and power for the development of modern nursing career , and it was the guarantee of establishing a harmonious relationship between nurses and patients. The article summarized the hu-man care ability in terms of the domestic and international status quo , the existing problems and corresponding counter-measures. |
