| 摘 要： | 目的探索在医院现有规模条件下开展临床药学服务的内容与方法。方法二年来在我院心内科、消化科开展药师下临床全程药学服务,在全院开展其他药学服务。结果临床药学服务成为临床医师进行合理有效药物治疗的得力参谋。结论临床药师应紧紧围绕合理用药的各个方面开展工作。加紧提高自身业务素质,充分利用现代各种资源,在医师、护士的配合下切实做好临床药学工作并实现临床药师的自身价值。

| Abstract: | Aim To explore the content and method of clinical pharmacy service under the hospital condition.Method All round clinical pharmacy service were carried out in heart medicine deparment and digestion branch in people's hospital of Huaining,and other pharmacy service in the whole hospital for two years.Result Pharmacy service becomes assistant for doctor to make rational and effective treatment.Conclusion Clinical pharmacists should closely center on the various aspects of rational drug use,improve their professional quality and make full use of mordern resourcse,do good job of clinical pharmacy and realize their own value with the coordination of doctors and nurses. |
