连锁毒饵现场药效以及残留量和毒理学研究

摘    要:目的 对筛出毒饵现场应用效果评价,安全性评价;对连锁毒饵、非连锁毒饵的食毒虫尸和食毒粪便进行残留量分析与药效平行比较,作进一步验证。方法现场试验,气相色谱分析,毒理学试验方法。结果A、c毒饵在宾馆对德国小蠊6个月密度下降率为90.4%、90.5%;在居民区对黑胸大蠊6个月密度下降率均保持100%;A、C毒饵对鼠经口LD50均大于5000mg/kg;对皮肤刺激、致敏率均为0,Ames试验阴性,连锁毒饵B粪便残留检测值为毒饵的95.9%,虫尸残留检测值为毒饵的20.6%,非连锁毒饵粪便残留检测值为0,虫尸残留检测值为毒饵的0.26%。结论 连锁毒饵在实际应用中是安全可靠的。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the field trial efficacy and safety of chain killing bait which had been filtered through. To analyze the content of active ingredient resident in the body and dejecta of the chain killing bait and non-chain killing bait,and to compare the efficacy with each other. Methods Field trial, gas chromatogram, toxicological test method. Results The density decreasing of Blattella germaimca in hotel at the sixth month by using Bait A and C were 90.4% and 90.5% respectively, and the decreasing rate of Peviplaneta fuliginasa in residential area was 100%. The toxicity of Bait A and C were both more than 5000 mg/kg. No iritation and sensitivity appeared. Ames was negative. In terms of Bait B, the active ingredient residence in dejecta was 95.9% ,and 20.6% in body. As for non-chain killing bait the residence in dejecta was 0, and 0.26% in body. Conclusion The chain killing bait was safe for use.
