超声在胃溃疡诊断中的应用

目的 研究分析超声在胃溃疡诊断中的应用.方法 对65例经胃镜检查为胃溃疡的患者.采用超声观察胃部结构及邻近脏器,并与胃镜检查结果比较,统计得出超声检出符合率.结果 65例患者中,超声诊断胃溃疡54例,总体检出符合率为77.6%;漏诊14例,占21.4%.胃溃疡的典型超声图象是大小深浅不同的胃壁凹陷和凹陷基底部及周围胃壁增厚呈低回声,而凹陷表面呈强回声.结论 超声对胃溃疡的性质只能根据其大小形态及周围组织脏器有无浸润转移进行鉴别;根据面积大小及凹陷程度、胃壁增厚与胃蠕动等指标可鉴别溃疡的程度及性质,对于溃疡型胃癌的发生及其对周围脏器的影响也有很好的分辨率.因此,超声虽对胃部溃疡的诊断具有较高价值,但对浅表溃疡、胃体部溃疡易漏诊.

The Application of Ultrasound in the Gastric Ulcer

Objective To analysis application of surpasses sound in diagnosing in the gastric ulcer.Methods And 65 example patients by that the gastroscopy is a gastric ulcer,adopt to ultrosound the structure and visceral organ adjacent to observing the stomach part,result is parallel,statistics reaches with the gastroscopy to ultrosound inspecting up out coincidence rate.Results 65 examples ultrosound in the patient,diagnosing a gastric ulcer 54 examples,population inspect up out coincidence rate being 77.6%;Miss and examine 14 examples, account for 21.4%.That the gastric ulcer model ultrasound image is: Depth big or small different from sunken and sunken stomach wall base the bottom and vicinity stomach wall increase favor low echo of memorial;But,the sunken surface assumes strong echo.Conclusion Ultrasound is only able to have infiltration or not according to whose form big or small and the vicinity organization visceral organ changing to the gastric ulcer character.According to cover an area of size and sunken degree,the stomach wall increase the resolution ratio that the degree and character favoring the ulcer wriggling to wait for an index but being distinguished with the stomach,can't have very good to the impact of ulcer type cancer of the stomach occurrence and their over.Therefore,ultrasound has high value to diagnose gastric ulcer,while to superficial gastric ulcer,and the ulcer on the body of stomach,it's easy to missed diagnosis.
