操作者的性格对事故的影响

本文应用卡特尔１６种性格因素问卷和Ｙ－Ｇ性格测验对１５４名有事故记录的和７７名无事故记录的产业工人进行测试，事故组与非事故组性格因素Ｃ，Ｅ，Ｍ，Ｑ３，Ｑ４得分差异有非常显著意义（Ｐ＜０．０１），Ｇ得分差异有显著意义。事故组Ｂ型和准Ｂ型，Ｅ型和准Ｅ型性格类型显著地高于非事故组（Ｐ＜０．０５），而非事故组Ｃ型和准Ｃ型性格类型显著地高于事故组。通过聚类分析可将事故组分为三类（１）由Ｄ型和混合型性格类型组

EFFECTS OF THE OPERATOR'S CHARACTER ON ACCIDENTS

A group of 154 industrial workers with accident-records and the control group of 77 without accident-records were measured with Cattell Personality 16 Factor Questionaire and Yataba-Guilford Personality Test. The results indicated that significant differences were observed in mean scores of the Personality Factor C, E, M, Q3, Q4 (P<0.01) and G(P<0.05) between two different groups. The B and B', E and E' character types were considerably higher in accident group than in the controls (P<0.05); on the other, hand, the C and C' types were cosiderably higher in the controls than in the accident group. The accident group could be classified into three categories through cluster analysis, (1) D and mixed character types; (2) A, B,E, and mixed character types, and (3) typical B and B character types. Based on this study, it is suggested that the character type C would be prone to fewer accident and the character type E would be more vulnerable.
