| 摘 要： | 对 3 0例慢性粒细胞白血病 (CML)患者阿霉素诱导前后的 p53及 p2 1蛋白进行免疫组化染色分析 ,发现 7例在阿霉素诱导前即有 p53蛋白高表达 ,多为CML进展期患者 ,其中 6例对应的 p2 1蛋白在阿霉素诱导前后均为弱表达或不表达。 1例慢性期患者 p53及 p2 1在阿霉素诱导前后均无表达。此 7例患者预后差。 |

| Abstract: | Immunocytochemical analysis was used to detect p53 and p21 protein expression by treating the chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) cells with the chemotherapeutic drug adriamycin Samples from 30 CML patients were assessed, among which 7 cases had high p53 protein expression before adriamycin induction and most of these cases were in progression of the disease 6 of the 7 cases had no or low p21 protein expression before and after adriamycin induction One case in chronic phase had no p53 and p21 protein expression before and after adriamycin induction All of these 7 cases had a poor prognosis |
