L-精氨酸对急性心肌梗死患者心功能和心律失常的影响

目的观察内皮衍生舒张因子（EDRF）合成前体—左旋精氨酸（LArg）对急性心肌梗死（AMI）患者心功能和心律失常的影响。方法AMI患者32例,在接受常规治疗的同时加用LArg一疗程（7～10d）,对照组33例在常规治疗的同时加用极化液一疗程,每日作心电监测并记录心律失常,超声测定心功能参数。结果LArg治疗组左室收缩和舒张功能参数显著改善（P<0.05和P<0.01）,心律失常发生率显著减少（P<0.05）。结论LArg能改善AMI患者的心功能,降低室性心律失常的发生率。

The effect of L-Arg on cardiac function and arrhythmia of patients with AMI

AIM:To demonstrate the effect of L-arginine(L-Arg),precurson of endothelium-derived relaxing factor on cardiac function and the incidence of ventricular arrhythmia of patients with acute myocardiac infarction(AMI). METHODS:Sixty five patients with AMI were divided into two groups randomly, 32 patients were treated with both routine medication and short term administration of L-Arg for 7 to 10 days,The cardiac function parameters were measured by echocardiography and various kinds of arrhythmia were monitored and counted every day, While in control group, 33 patients were administrated with routine medication and short term GIK instead of L-Arg, Cardiac function parameters and the incidence of arrhythmia were treated with the same method as above.RESULTS: parameters reflecting ventricular systolic and diastolic function were improved better in L-Arg treated group than those in control group (P<0.05 and P<0.01), The incidence of ventricular arrhythmia in L-Arg group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05). CONCLUSION:The results suggest that L-Arg yield some beneficial effects on improving cardiac function and lowering the incidence of ventricular arrhythmia in patients with AMI.
