南京城郊小学生营养状况调查

目的：调查南京城效小学生营养状况并采取一定干预措施。方法：采取问卷调查、称重法结合询问法、体格检查及临床检测的方法调查小学生营养状况。结果：膳食调查表明每天热能摄入能满足学生要求，但分布不合理。蛋白质、脂肪摄入量偏高，钙的缺乏比较严重。膳食调查结果与体格检查结果以及营养知识及行为习惯调查结果之间有良好的一致性。结论：为保证小学生健康成长，开设营养教育讲座及其他干预措施很有必要。

A Nutritional Survey among Primary School Children in Suburb of Nanjing

Objective: Evaluating nutritional status of primary school children in suburb of Nanjing to implement interventions. Methods: Questionnaire survey, dietary survey, and anthropometry and clinic assessment. Results: The daily intake of energy was adequate, but its sources were unreasonable, the proportion of protein and fat was higher. The average intake of calcium was much lower than the corresponding RDA. There was better consistency among the results of dietary survey, anthropometry and survey of nutrition knowledge and dietary behaviors. Conclusion: It is necessary to implement nutrition education and other interventions for health of primary school children.
