| 摘 要： | 报告33例纵隔支气管囊肿。其中气管旁型23例，肺门型5例，食管旁型2例，隆突下型、左隔肌上和左肺下韧带处各1例。本病无特征性临床症状及X线表现，术前不易确诊，手术是唯一的治疗方法，疗效满意。

| Abstract: | This paper reported 33 cases of mediastinal bronchogenic cyst. In those paratracheal type comprised 23 cases, hilar type 5 cases, paraesophageal type 2 cases, subucarinal type 1 cases, supra diagph ragmatic 1 case and 1 case located within the pulmonary ligament. there were no characteristic symptoms and X-ray sign in this disease, so preoperative precise diagnosis of the disease can't be made.surgical resection was the treatment of choice with a satisfactory result. |
