多针交叉张力带钢丝内固定治疗髌骨粉碎骨折

作者应用张力带钢丝内固定治疗髌骨骨折的基本原理，设计使用多针交叉张力带钢丝，治疗髌骨严重粉碎骨折7例，获满意疗效。对术中骨折复位、固定方法，髌骨保留与否，术式的优点，手术注意事项以及术后处理等问题进行了讨论。

Treating comminuted patella fracture with crossed multi-pin tension band wire

Based on classical tension band wire, crossed multi-pin tension band wire was devised and applied to treat 7 cases of severely comminuted patella fracture and satis factory results have been achieved. Our device and the operative procedure are described in detail in this paper. In the situation of severely comminuted patella fracture, reduction of the fracture in the operation, keeping the fractured patella in position or not, the advantages of our device and the cautions in the operative procedure are al so discussed, so does the aspect of postoperative management.
