索罗辛对老年前列腺增生症患者生活质量的影响

目的探讨索罗辛治疗老年前列腺增生症(benignprostatichyper-plasia,BPH)的疗效和对生活质量(qualityoflife,QOL)的影响,寻找高效、安全和方便的治疗方法。方法老年BPH患者78例,服用盐酸坦索罗辛0.2mg,1次/d,治疗前后分别测定前列腺症状评分(internationalprostatesymptomscore,IPSS)、最大尿流率(Qmax)、剩余尿量(postvoidingresidualvolume,PVR)、前列腺体积(TRV)、QOL和评定疗效。结果服药8周后主观疗效总有效率为92.3%,客观疗效总有效率为84.6%。TRV、Qmax和PVR均明显低于服药前犤P均<0.05,t值分别为:TRV(mL):2.041;Qmax(mL/s):2.782;PVR(mL):2.583犦。QOL和IPSS指数也明显优于治疗前(t分别为2.485和2.163,P均<0.05)。结论索罗辛对老年BPH患者有较好疗效,并能显著改善后者QOL。

Effect of tamsuloson on quality of life in elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia

Aim To discuss the effect of tamsuloson o n clin ic al efficacy and quality of life(QOL)in eldrly patients with benign prostatic h yperplasia(BPH)for seeking the effective and safe an d convenient therapy.Met hods Seventy-eight patients with BPH with an average age of 68.9years(age d60-84years old)were treated with tamsmsuloson(0.2mg,once a day)in t his study.Before and after treatme nt International Prostate Symptom S core(IP SS),Maximum urinary flow rate(Qmax),postvoiding residual volume (PVR)and prostate volume (TRV)were examined in all patients with BPH,QOL and clinical efficacy were assay ed simultaneously.Results After 8weeks,the total subjecti ve efficie ncy was 92.3%and the total objective ef-ficiency was 84.6% in all patients.T he values of TRV,PVR and Qmax after treatment were significa ntly lower than those before treatment in all patients(t=2.041,2.78 2,2.583,P<0.05).The scores of IPSS and QOL were also significantl y superior to those before treatment.(t=2.163and 2.485;all P<0. 05).Conclusion Tamsuloson is an effective drug for e lderly patients with BP H and improves the quality of life in these patients.
