心理护理对剖宫产产妇的影响研究

目的探讨心理护理对剖宫产产妇术前、术后焦虑、抑郁等情绪的影响。方法选择2008年6月～2009年12月在我院行剖宫产术的妇女123例,随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组实施常规剖宫产护理,观察组在常规剖宫产护理的同时实施术前、术中和术后心理护理干预。采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)对两组妇女术前、术后的焦虑和抑郁程度进行评定,同时观察其发生寒战、呕吐及对麻醉的满意度等情况。结果①两组术后焦虑、抑郁评分与本组术前评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后焦虑、抑郁评分与对照组术后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);②观察组寒战、呕吐发生情况与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理护理干预可显著缓解剖宫产产妇的焦虑和抑郁等不良情绪,有利于剖宫产手术的顺利实施。

Study on the Effect of Psychological Nursing Intervention on Parturient Underwent Caesarean Section

Objective To discuss the effect of psychological nursing intervention on the anxiety and depression of parturient underwent caesarean section before and after operation. Methods 123 parturient underwent caesarean section from June 2008 to December 2009 were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was given conventional nursing,while the observation group was performed mental nursing intervention on the basis of conventional nursing before,during and after operation. Anxiety and depression degree in the two groups were evaluated by SAS and SDS. Their shivering and vomiting conditions were observed and satisfactory degree toward anesthesia were inquired. Results ①The difference was significant between preoperative and postoperative scores of anxiety and depression (P <0.05); the difference of two groups' postoperative scores of anxiety and depression was statically significant (P <0.05); ② The difference of two groups' shivering and vomiting conditions was statically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Psychological nursing in-tervention can obviously relief patients' anxiety and depression,which is helpful to the smooth implementation of cesarean section,and is worthy of reference.
