护理会诊的实践与思考

目的 探讨护理专家会诊的效果、不足及其对策。方法 分析2000年8月至2003年1月护理专家会诊中心组织的135例次护理会诊，总结护理会诊的成效及其存在的问题。结果 护理会诊能提高护理资源利用率，解决疑难护理问题，促进新业务、新技术的推广应用，提高护理质量；存在的问题是护理专家覆盖面不够大，会诊指导不够深入，各级护理人员对护理会诊认识不足，护理会诊管理不够完善。结论 应加强对护理专家的重视力度，完善知识结构、角色功能及考核体系。

Practice and Thought of Nursing Consultations

Objective To know the effect, shortcomings and countermeasures of nursing consultations. Methods A total of one hundred and thirty-five nursing consultations organized by the center of the nursing specialists from August 2000 to January 2003 were analyzed and the effect and shortcomings were summed up. Results The nursing consultations improved the utilization rate of nursing resource, resolved the difficult nursing problems, promoted the spread use of new technique and operation, and improved the nursing quality. The problems were that the nursing specialists weren't enough, the nursing introduction was not abstractive, the knowledge of all of the nurses was little and the administration of the nursing consultations was not perfect. Conclusion The training of the nursing specialists should be strengthened to add the knowledge and advance the role function, and perfect the examination of the nursing specialists.
