| 摘 要： | 本文对189例流行性出血热早期患者C_3、C_4检测及分析结果表明:C_3低下例数(43.4%)明显高于C_4低下例数(9%)。C_3水平下降的程度与病情的轻重有一定关系,轻型下降38.5%,中型41.6%,重型47.1%,危重型60%。C_3水平低下组血小板低于10万者占94%,C_3水平正常组为87%,前者高于后者(P<0.01)。C_3水平低下组尿蛋自浓度在()～()范围的占90%,C_3水平正常组为72%,两组相比P<0.01。C_3水平低下组GOT、GPT、GOT/GPT比值均高于C_3水平正常组,白细胞计数,异型淋巴细胞计数也高于C_3水平正常组。提示C_3激活后,可使血小板数量骤减,同时也加重了肝、肾损害。对EHF患者进行C_3、C_4的检测,有利于从免疫学方面探讨其发病机理及观察病情变化。

| Abstract: | Detections of the third and fourth components of complement(C_3 and C_4)and some relevant laboratory tests were carried out in 189 early epi- demic hemorrhagic fever(EHF)patients.Data obtained showed that decrease rate of C_3(43%)in 189 patients was significantly higher than that of C_4(9%).The degree of C_3 decrease was closely related to the severity of the disease:mild 38.5%,moderate 41.6%,severe 47.1%,grave 60%.The platelet count below 100000 in C_3 decrease group was 94% and that of C_3 non-decrease was 87%.The albumin concentration in urine marked in the C_3 decrease group was 90%,also higher than that of the other group( 70%).The contents of GOT,GPT,GOT/GPT, WBC and ALC in the C_3 decrease group were also higher.So the complement activation might play an important role in the pathogenesis of the diseas. |
