摘    要:聚乳酸(polylactic acid,PLA)是以乳酸为单体经化学合成的新型生物降解性高分子材料.它具有无毒、无刺激性及生物相容性良好的特点,可经生物分解为CO2和H2O,不造成环境污染.目前,已有多种方法制备乳酸和聚乳酸,并广泛应用于生物医学、工业、农业及日常生活等领域.

Abstract:Polylactic acid is a newly biodegradable high-polymer material synthesized from its monome, lactic acid. Polylatic acid has the characteristics such as no toxicity, no irritation and good biocompatibility. It can be also biodegraded into carbon dioxyde and water, which will not cause any environmental pollution. Until recently, there have been many methods to produce lactic acid and polylactic acid, and these two materials are widely applied in the fields such as biomedicine, industry, agriculture and our daily life.
