零陵香水溶性多糖组分的GC-MS分析

摘    要:目的:鉴定零陵香水溶性多糖组分,为建立专属性的质量评价指标和中药药效组分新药研发奠定基础。方法:采用水提醇沉法制备零陵香粗多糖,Sevag法除蛋白、H2O2脱色、透析得到精制多糖,衍生化后用GC-MS分析。结果:零陵香水溶性多糖主要组分依次为鼠李糖醇-阿拉伯糖-核糖-葡萄糖-木糖,其相对含量比例为1.03:9.17:4.74:18.95:17.11。结论:GC-MS联用法可快速鉴定零陵香水溶性多糖组分。

Abstract:Objective:Identifying the water-soluble polysaccharide components of Herba Lysimachiae Foenum-graeti,to establish the quality of specificity evaluation index and Chinese medicine's active components alignment, which laid the foundation of new drug development. Method:The preparation of polysaccharides was extracted by the methods of water extracting-alcohol precipitating, then Sevag method sinking in protein, H2O2 bleaching and the use of dialysis method refined. The derivative change of the refined polysaccharide was analyzes by GC-MS. Result:The polysaccharide of Herba Lysimachiae Foenum-graeti is composed of rhamnitol, arabinose, ribose, glucose, and xylose, the proportion of it is 1.03:9.17:4.74:18.95:17.11. Conclusion:GC-MS could rapidly ascertain the water-soluble polysaccharide components of Herba Lysimachiae Foenum-graeti. The water-soluble polysaccharide of Herba Lysimachiae Foenum-graeti can be used as a component of the quality evaluation index and drug components of the new drug research based material.
