甘草柠条水浸物对种子萌发和幼苗生长的相互影响

目的：通过甘草与柠条种间化感作用的研究，揭示二者之间相互作用的特点，为甘草柠条复合种植模式的应用提供理论依据。方法：采用甘草和柠条根、茎叶和枯落物的水浸液处理彼此的种子、幼苗和移栽苗。结果：柠条根和茎叶水浸液(1～50 g·L-1)对甘草种子萌发主要表现为抑制作用，但影响的程度很小。高质量浓度(50 g·L-1)柠条茎叶水浸液对甘草种子萌发的抑制程度较大。柠条的枯落物、根和茎叶的水浸液对甘草移栽苗的外部生长和内在质量都没有产生显著的影响。甘草根和茎叶的水浸液对柠条种子萌发和幼苗生长均表现为促进作用，但影响的程度未达到显著水平。结论：在试验所采用的水浸液的质量浓度范围内，甘草柠条的种间化感作用不明显，彼此之间没有产生负面影响。
