绞股蓝总皂甙预防和延缓家兔休克的作用

摘    要:目的:探讨绞股蓝总皂甙(GPS)对注射内毒素的家兔休克的作用。方法:动物静脉麻醉后,取血测量血小板数、血浆纤维蛋白原含量、凝血酶原时间和NO水平。通过二道生理记录仪测量血压。动物处死后,取血现次测量血小板数、血浆纤维蛋白原含量、凝血酶原时间和NO水平。结果:对照组实验前后各指标没有出现明显的变化(P>0.05)。内毒素(LPS)组平均动脉血压(MAP),在实验后4,6h明显低于实验前和对照组(P<0.01),实验后血小板数和纤维蛋白原明显低于实验前(P<0.01),NO明显高于实验前,凝血酶原时间明显延长。GPS组实验后的NO浓度高于实验前和对照组(P<0.05),但低于LPS组实验后的NO浓度(P<0.05);实验后血小板数明显低于实验前和对照组(P<0.01),但高于实验后LPS组(P<0.05);实验后纤维蛋白低于实验前和对照组(P<0.05),但高于实验后的LPS组(P<0.05);实验后的凝血酶原时间长于实验前和对照组(P<0.05),但短于实验后的LPS组(P<0.05)。结论:绞股蓝总皂甙有预防和延缓家兔休克的作用。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effects of Gypenosides on shock and nitric oxide levels in rabbits with endotoxin-induecd disseminated intravascular coagulation.Methods:Rabbits were randomly divided into three groups:control,endotoxin (LPS) and endotoxin plus Gypenosides(GPS).The animals were anaethetized with intravenous injection of 20% ethylurethane.Nitric oxide levels were determined by the method of colorimetric analysis.The count of platelet,plasma levels of fibrinogen prothrombin time(PT) and plasma protamine paracoagulation test (PPPT) were determined to evaluate the function of coagulation in experimental animals.Results:The plasma level of nitric oxide in GPS group was lower than that in LPS group but higher than that in control group at 6 h after administration of Gypenosides.MAP showed significant difference between LPS and GPS groups,and both of them were lower than control group.The investigation demonstrated that Gepenosides prominently improved the coagulation function of the rabbits and delayed the animal death caused by DIC.Conclusions:Gypenosides protected the endotoxin-induced impairment of hemodynamics in rabbits.The initiation and development of endotoxin-induced shock might be retarded by administration of Gypenosides.It appeared to the author that the mechanism of the improvement might involve decrease of NO level and the improvement of coagulation function.
