| 摘 要： | 目的观察布地奈德联合硫酸沙丁胺醇雾化吸入对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)的临床疗效。方法对86例AECOPD住院患者随机分为观察组和对照组各43例,观察组在常规治疗的基础上给予布地奈德和硫酸沙丁胺醇联合雾化吸入治疗,对照组在常规治疗基础上给予硫酸沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗,分析两种的临床疗效。结果两组治疗前后呼吸困难评分。肺功能和血气分析等比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组间各对应指标,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论布地奈德联合硫酸沙丁胺醇雾化吸入对AECOPD能迅速缓解症状,畅通气道,改善肺功能,疗效优于单一用药,是治疗AECOPD的有效选择。
