| 摘 要： | 目的探讨老年性白内障临床路径实施的可行性以及对平均住院日和平均医疗费用的控制效果。方法选取老年性白内障病人48例,均为身体条件较好、能在3个住院日中顺利完成标准住院流程的病例为观察组;同期住院老年性白内障单眼手术的病人52例为对照组。以临床路径发展小组制定的详尽的计划为标准住院流程,观察组严格按照流程的要求安排每日的诊疗护理,对照组仍遵循传统常规进行诊疗护理;出院标准为手术后炎症反应较轻,病情稳定。以平均住院日、住院费用作为评价指标,将观察组与对照组进行对比分析。结果观察组平均住院日(3d)及住院费用(3422.32±285.07元)(人工晶体均以668元计算)与对照组(6.56±2.02d及3947.79±271.00元)比较均明显减少,差异有显著意义(P<0.01)。结论老年性白内障临床路径在降低平均住院日和平均医疗费用、优化诊疗护理工作流程上效果显著。
