| 摘 要： | 目的探讨辅助生殖技术(ART)妊娠妇女孕中期对孕产期知识的需求,为产前健康教育提供依据。方法采用自设问卷的方法,选择2008年9月至2009年9月在我院生殖中心接受辅助生殖技术的妊娠妇女105例作为研究对象进行问卷调查,并将在我院产科门诊作系统保健的110例自然妊娠的妇女作对照分析。结果两组孕妇在孕中期对胎教知识的需求都很强,但ART妊娠妇女孕中期对孕期自我监护和胎儿畸形的筛查等知识比自然妊娠妇女孕中期更需求,更期望通过授课等方式获得相关知识。结论 ART妊娠女孕中期对孕期自我监护、胎儿畸形和预防流产等知识需求较强烈,因此,孕期健康教育要有的放矢,采取不同的内容和方法,满足不同受孕方式孕妇的知识需求,以更好地实施"以人为中心"的产科护理。
