| 摘 要： | 目的探讨食管癌术后放化疗对患者细胞免疫的影响。方法应用流式细胞仪定量检测73例食管癌患者外周血淋巴细胞亚群,共获取术后不同时间点的139份血样。结果术后不同治疗方法对淋巴细胞亚群的绝对和相对定量结果均有影响。CD4+,CD8+T细胞绝对数各组均有统计学差异,术后间期延长的患者呈现更低的CD4/CD8。放疗组对CD3+,CD4+和CD8+绝对数有影响。CD4+T细胞随术后间期延长而降低,导致术后T细胞免疫功能失衡。结论术后联合治疗方式与CD4+T细胞相对定量相关,提示食管癌术后联合治疗可能选择性影响患者免疫功能。
