| 摘 要： | 选择经过完善根管治疗的磨牙残冠200例,采用双根管桩设计,分别利用螺纹桩银汞合金核、螺纹桩树脂核和铸造桩核进行全冠修复,临床随访观察5年,铸造桩核组失败率为1.25%,明显低于其它两组,具有统计学意义;螺纹桩银汞核组与螺纹桩树脂核组间的失败率差异无统计学意义。在磨牙残冠的全冠修复中,铸造桩核较螺纹桩银汞合金核或树脂核的长期疗效好。

| Abstract: | 200 molar residual crowns restored by spiral-post combined with silver-amalgam-core,spiral-post combined with resin-core,and casting-post-core respectively and united with full crown were observed for 5 years,The failure ratio and the difference of them was analyzed by statistical methods.The failure ratio of casting-post-core group was less than that of the other two groups statistically.There was no statistical difference on the failure ratio between the group of spiral-post combined with silver-amalgam-c... |
