| 摘 要： | 目的探讨应用后路椎板减压,RF内固定结合椎体间植骨术治疗峡部裂性腰椎滑脱症的临床效果。方法对23例峡部裂性腰椎滑脱症行后路椎板减压,RF复位固定结合椎体间植骨术治疗。结果随诊6～18个月,平均12.1个月。23例中优10例,良13例,优良率100%。术后6～12个月复查腰椎X线片,1例残留Ⅰ°滑脱;1例植骨区仍有透亮影。结论 RF复位内固定,腰椎椎体间植骨融合治疗峡部裂性腰椎滑脱症疗效满意,脊柱融合率高。

| Abstract: | Objective Discussion on the posterior decompressive Laminectomy,RF fixation,interbody treatment of isthmic spondylolisthesis.Methods On 23 cases isthmic spondylolisthesis line posterior decompressive Laminectomy,RF reduction and fixation interbody treatment for review.Results 1 case residued Ⅰ° spondylolisthesis,follow up 6～18 months（average 12.1 months）,23 patients were excellent in 10 cases,good in 13 cases,good rate of 100%.Postoperative 6～12 months reviewing the lumbar X-Ray;1 case still had a translucent shadow area.Conclusion RF reduction and internal fixation,lumbar interbody fusion isthmic spondylolisthesis outcome satisfaction,high rates of spinal fusion. |
