| 摘 要： | 目的:比较开畸形患者矫治前后X线头影测量值、语音功能和心理的变化。方法:选择24例开患者,进行直丝弓矫治。X线头影测量检测患者矫治前后牙齿及颌骨的变化;采用汉语语音清晰度测试字表,让患者按提示逐字朗读,高保真录音机进行录音,再由语音专家进行审听;心理调查问卷测试其矫治前后心理状态。SPSS 10.0统计软件进行配对样本t检验。结果:与矫治前相比,矫治后的X线头影测量下牙倾斜度L1/MP、L1-NB、上下前牙交角U1/L1、Y轴角、OD I值变化有显著性意义(P<0.05),面下1/3(ANS-M e)变短,后前面高比(S-Go/N-M e×%)趋于正常,外貌得到改善;语音清晰度提高、心理情绪评分降低,均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对开患者进行正畸治疗既能改善其外貌形态,又能使其语音功能有明显提高,改善心理状态。
