| 摘 要： | 目的评价医用三氧自血疗法对病毒性肝炎的治疗效果。方法将同期就诊的76例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,分别采用常规治疗和常规治疗加三氧自血疗法。同期观察4周,对其疗效和肝功能进行评估。结果三氧自血疗法治疗组有效率(76.3%)明显高于对照组(44.7%)。治疗组患者的肝功能指标血清胆红素(SB)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)也较对照组有显著下降(P<0.05)。结论三氧自血疗法对病毒性肝炎具有一定治疗作用,能提高常规治疗的临床效果。
