摘    要:目的探讨临床检验中血清免疫球蛋白标本的合适保存条件。方法采用全自动生化分析仪,用免疫比浊法测定当日及4℃、-20℃保存3 d、6 d血清中IgA、IgG、IgM含量。结果 4℃保存血清3 d,仅IgA含量明显升高(P<0.05);保存6 d,IgA、IgG含量均明显增加(P<0.01~0.05)。-20℃保存血清3 d、6 d,IgA、IgG、IgM水平均无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论 -20℃保存6 d内血清适用于检测IgA、IgG、IgM。

Abstract:Objective To explore the suitable condition for preservation of serum samples for immunoglobulin determination in clinical laboratory.Methods Blood samples for detection of serum levels of IgA,IgG and IgM were examined at the day of collection or stored at 4℃ and-20℃ for 3 to 6 days by immunoturbidimetry with automatic biochemical analysor on days 0,3 and 6.Results In comparison with fresh serum samples,only serum level of IgA was elevated in samples stored at 4℃ for 3 days,and serum levels of IgA and IgG were obviously increased in serum samples stored at 4℃ for 6 days(P0.01~0.05).However,there was no significant change in levels of IgA,IgG and IgM in serum samples stored at-20℃ for 3 to 6 days(P0.05).Conclusion The serum samples stored at-20℃ within 6 days are suitable for detection of serum levels of IgA,IgG and IgM.
