| 摘 要： | 骨纤维异常增殖症和骨化纤维瘤是颌面部比较常见的2种良性纤维骨病变。本文通过对临床病例比较发现:骨纤维异常增殖症是一种发育畸形;X线片显示为弥散性膨胀,病变与正常骨组织之间无明显界限;手术以成形切除为主。骨化纤维瘤是良性肿瘤;X线片显示为局限性膨胀,圆形或卵圆形,病变与正常骨组织之间界限清楚;手术应完整切除瘤体。

| Abstract: | Fibrous dysplasia(FD) and ossifying fibroma(OF)of the jaw are two normal Benign Fibro-osseous lesions(BFOLs).Comparative analysis on one typical case of FD and one typical case of OF were carried out in clinic,radiology and pathology.FD is a developmental malformation,while OF is a true neoplasm with a significant growth potential.The radiographic pattern of FD is diffuse expand,the margins blending imperceptibly into the adjacent normal bone,and that of OF is locally expanded,rotundity or ellipse,which is ... |
