| 摘 要： | 目的探讨经鼻内镜鼻中隔偏曲矫正同期行鼻窦开放术的疗效。方法对72例鼻中隔偏曲合并鼻窦炎患者,经鼻内镜鼻中隔偏曲矫正同期行鼻窦开放术,并观察疗效。结果随访6个月至2年,治愈60例(83.33%),好转12例(16.67%),总有效率为100%。所有患者鼻中隔矫正居中,无一例鼻腔粘连、鼻中隔穿孔等并发症。结论经鼻内镜鼻中隔偏曲矫正同期行鼻窦开放手术安全可行,疗效确切。
