| Abstract: | We report a case of completely isolated enteric duplication in an 18-month-old boy in whom US revealed a reniform abdominal mass with a pseudokidney sign that had no connection to adjacent organs. Distinctive histopathological changes of the duplication account for these unusual imaging features. Our case represents a diagnostic challenge in this rare entity. To our knowledge, this is a unique case. |
