| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨经皮微创解剖型锁定钢板治疗胫骨远端粉碎性骨折的效果。方法：2007年5月-2008年10月用经皮微创锁定钢板治疗胫骨远端粉碎性骨折21例，术后6～8周进行部分负重锻炼。结果：21例均获得随访，其中有2例未到骨折愈合时间，但无并发症。19例骨折愈合，无感染、骨不连、螺钉松动，其中有2例出现踝关节的中度疼痛。按照Johner—Wruhs方法评价功能，本组病例优17例，良2例，中2例，差0例；优良率为90．5％。结论：经皮微创解剖型锁定钢板内固定治疗胫骨远端粉碎性骨折符合生物力学固定原则，内固定牢靠，有利于骨折的愈合及软组织的修复。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the preliminary outcome of surgical treatment of distal and comminuted tibial fracture with minimally invasive percutaneous locking compression plate osteosynthesis.Methods: From May 2007 to October 2008,21 patients with distal and comminuted tibial fracture were treated with minimally invasive percutaneous locking compression plate osteosynthesis.The portion of weight was given from 6 to 8 weeks postoperative.Results: All cases were followed up.Two cases had not reached the bony union... |
