| 摘 要： | 目的观察C-反应蛋白（CRP）血沉（ESR）中性粒细胞比率（NC）在结核病诊断中的临床价值。方法回顾分析68例结核患者的CRP、ESR、NC的检测结果，同时比较17例健康体检人群CRPESRNC的结果，并统计学处理，分析应用价值。结果在结核患者中，CRPESRNC明显升高，且与对照组比较，具有明显差异性（P〈0．01）。而WBC未见明显升高（P〉0．05）。结论CRPESRNC升高在结核病的诊断中可作为辅助指标。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical value of CRP,ESR, NC in tuberculosis diagnosis. Methods In addition to the analysis of the function of ESR WBC NC CRP, 68 patients＇ and test of the 17 normal controls were reviewed. Application of value analysis. results CRP,ESR and NC in tuberculosis patients increased significantly and have significant differences than in the normal controls （P 〈 0. 01 ） ;in the same time , WBC have＇t increased significantly（ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion CRP,ESR and NC rising can be an accessory indicator indicator for tuberculosis diagnosis. |
