鲍曼不动杆菌耐药情况分析

摘    要:目的探讨鲍曼不动杆菌耐药分布及耐药的新动向为感染的临床治疗提供选药依据。方法统计2003年1月-2005年8月各种临床标本中分离得到的112株鲍曼不动杆菌进行耐药分析。结果2003,2004,2005年鲍曼不动杆菌对亚胺培南耐药率分别为2.3%,5.2%,8.3%,呈逐年上升;对美罗培南耐药率为11.4%,15.2%,16.7%;对哌拉西林/他唑巴坦耐药率为28.3%,25.6%,39.5%;时头孢哌酮/舒巴坦耐药率为36.5%,39.3%,42。3%;对其他抗菌药物耐药率均在40%以上。结论鲍曼不动杆菌有较高的耐药性,采取有效措施控制其传播和合理应用抗菌药檄以降低耐药性是非常重要的。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the antimicrobial resistance of acinetobacter baumannii from nosocomial infection in order to choose antibiotics for clinical therapy. Methods We analyzed the antimicroblal resistence of 112 acinetobacter baumannil isolated from clinical patients since July 2003 to August 2005. Results The resistant rates in 2003, 2004, 2005 to Imipenem were 2.3%, 5.2%, 8. 3% ; to Meropenem were 11.4%, 15.2%, 16.7% ; to Piperacillin/Tazobactam were 28.3%, 25.6%, 39.5% ; to Cefoperazone/Sulbactam were 36.5%, 39.3%, 42.3%, respectively. The resistant rates to other antibiotics were more than 40% also. Conclusion Acinetobacter baumannii from nosocomlal infection show higher resistant rate to antimicrobial agents. It is important to promote the rational use of antimicrobial agents so that resistance is minimized and effective containment can be taken to control the problem.
