HPLC法测定哈西奈德搽剂中哈西奈德的含量

目的：建立HPLC法测定哈西奈德搽剂中哈西奈德含量的方法。方法：采用反相高效液相色谱法，色谱柱为Diamonsil^TM C18柱（200mm×4．6mm，5μm），流动相为甲醇-水（70：30），流速为1．0ml／min，检测波长为238nm。结果：哈西奈德在10．25～30．74μg／ml范围内，峰面积与浓度呈良好线性（r=0．9999），测得哈西奈德平均回收率为99．73％，RSD为0．53％（n＝9）。结论：本方法准确可靠，可有效控制产品质量。

Determination of halcinonide in halcinonide liniment by HPLC

Objective：To establish an HPLC method for determination of hacinonide in hacinonide liniment. Method： HPLC was carried out on a column of Diamonsil Cls （ 200 mm× 4.6 mm, 5 μm ）. The mobile phase was a mixture of methanol and water （ 70： 30 ） with flow rate of 1.0 ml/min, and the detection wavelength was at 238 nm. Results ： The linear range of halcinonide was between 10.25 and 30.74 μg/ml （ r = 0. 999 9） and the average recovery was 99.73% （ RSD was 0. 53% ）. Conclusion：This method is reliable and accurate.
