| 摘 要： | 临床常提取胃电信息作为胃动力紊乱的诊断依据，但胃动力是一个复杂的过程，胃电只能作为诊断依据之一。如果将胃动力中蠕动与排空引起的胃阻抗信息与胃电信息一起作为胃动力紊乱诊断依据，就为建立新的胃动力评价方法提供了可能。通过设计同步提取胃电信息和胃阻抗信息的方法，不仅获得了继续作为常规检测参数的胃电信息，也获得了利用小波变换技术分离出的胃阻抗信息，为临床胃动力信息研究提供新途径。

| Abstract: | Clinically, the gastric electrogram is an important index for the disorders of gastric motility. However, the gastric motility should be a complex process, and the gastric impedance has to be involved in the diagnosis of its disorders besides gastric electrogram. In this paper, a new method for the evaluation of gastric motility is developed that based on synchronized extract of gastric electrogram and gastric impedance. The information on gastric impedance is acquired by wavelet transform. |
