心理干预与米氮平联合治疗对老年脑卒中后抑郁患者的疗效观察

目的:探讨心理干预和米氮平联合治疗对老年脑卒中后抑郁患者的疗效。方法:选择老年急性期脑卒中后抑郁患者96例,随机分为对照组(A组)27例、米氮平组(B组)33例、心理治疗+米氮平组(C组)36例,常规治疗的同时,分别给予维生素B1、米氮平、心理干预+米氮平治疗。全部患者分别于治疗前及治疗后第2、4、8周用Zung抑郁自评量表(ZSDS)进行抑郁程度评定,同时采用斯堪地那维亚卒中量表(SSS)进行神经功能缺损评估。结果:B、C组与A组相比,抑郁程度和神经功能缺损程度减轻,而且C组的疗效明显优于B组。结论:老年脑卒中后抑郁患者急性期应用心理治疗和米氮平均可改善抑郁症状和神经功能缺损,而联合应用疗效要优于单药治疗。

Effects of Mirtazapine Therapy Combined with Psychotherapy on the Patients with Post-stroke Depression

Objective:To investingate the efficacy of mirtazapine therapy combined with psychotherapy on the patients with post-stroke depression(PSD).Methods:Ninety-six patients with PSD were divided into group control(A),mirtazapine(B),and psychotherapy with mirtazapine(C).All the patients were given routine therapy,and A group was gire VitB1,B group was given mirtazapine,C group was given mirtazpine and psychotherapy.These groups were graded with the ZSDS according to the degree of their depression and with the SSS for their neurological function deficit before and after treatment.Results: Both B and C group significantly decreased depression and neurological deficit after stroke,while C group showed more efficient than B group.Conclusion: Psychotherapy combined with mirtazapine can promote the rehabilitaion of nerve function after stroke.
