山羊脑挫裂伤模型的建立

摘    要:目的 建立一种可控性强、易于指标检测的大动物(山羊)脑挫裂伤模型.方法 选取25只健康成年无角山羊,通过外科手术暴露各组羊大脑上薛氏沟周围的运动皮质,以50 g钢球分别自50、75、100及125 cm高度作自由落体加速撞击一次致伤,记录运动诱发电位、头颅MRI扫描图像,以及病理显微观的改变.结果 50.75、100及125 cm高度撞击组羊的存活率分别为100%、100%、80%及40%.头颅MRI扫描和运动诱发电位表明100 cm高度撞击可产生明显脑挫裂伤灶及脑水肿,损伤局部皮层的运动诱发电位变化明显;50、75 cm高度撞击仅产生轻度的脑挫裂伤灶及脑水肿表现;125 cm高度撞击产生广泛的脑挫裂伤灶.结论 对山羊脑上薛氏沟周围运动皮层区使用50 g×100 cm力度作自由落体加速撞击,可产生观察指标明确且存活率高的山羊脑挫裂伤模型,有望广泛用于神经于细胞移植及药物等治疗的实验研究.

Establishment of an experimental model of brain contusion and laceration in goats
Abstract:Objective To establish a brain contusion and laceration model in goats. Methods Twenty-five goats were divided into 5 groups randomly. After exposing the upper Sylvii sulcus motor cortex of brains of 25 goats by surgical intervention ,50 g of steel ball was used to produce a free fall acceleration strike on the brain once from 50,75,100 and 125 cm height respectively. The motion evoked potential of the motor cortex and brain MRI image were recorded. Results The survival rate of 50,75,100, and 125 cm group was 100% , 100% ,80% and 40% respectively. One hundred cm height produced obvious brain contusion and laceration, and obvious change in the motion evoked potential. Fifty cm and 75 cm heights only produced slight brain contusion and laceration. One hundred and twenty-five em group produced ex-tensive mortality. Conclusion Fifty g × 100 cm accelerated free falling strike on the upper Sylvii sulcus motor cortex of goat brain could establish brain contusion and laceration model that had high survival rate and was detected clearly.
