| 摘 要： | 目的观察羟苯磺酸钙治疗糖尿病肾病临床疗效。方法选择45例糖尿病肾病患者，随机分成治疗组（22例）和对照组（23例）。对照组给予控制血糖、降压、调脂、抗凝和开同等治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗基础上，同时给予口服羟苯磺酸钙。比较2组患者治疗前后血肌酐、尿素氮、胱抑素C、24h尿蛋白定量、空腹血糖、餐后血糖、收缩压、舒张压、谷丙转氨酶和谷草转氨酶。结果治疗后，治疗组患者血肌酐、尿蛋白较对照组低，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论羟苯磺酸钙可有效降低糖尿病肾病患者血肌酐、尿蛋白，延缓肾功能恶化。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of calcium dobesilate in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy. Methods Forty-five diabetic nephropathy patients were randomly divided into two groups. Both the control and treatment group received the same therapy. But calcium dobesilate was given in treatment group additionally. Renal function parameters and 24h urinary albumin excretion （24h-UAE） were examined before and after the treatment. Results Compared to the control group, the serum level of creatinine and 24 h-UAE were decreased significantly in the treatment group （P〈0. 05）. Conclusions Calcium dobesilate had therapeutic effect on the decreases in serum creatinine and urinary albumin, by which to delay the progression of renal function for patients caused by diabetic nephropathy. |
