高校教学质量评价教师调查问卷结果分析

摘    要:高校教师教学质量评价是教学质量监控体系中重要的组成部分。通过对本校教师进行调查问卷,表明大部分教师能正确认识学生评教工作的意义,认为学生有能力对教师的教学工作作出客观评价。同时,认为教师的教学过程和教学效果是影响教师教学评价高低的主要因素,但一些与教学无关的影响因素对于评价结果的干扰也不容忽视。

Abstract:Teaching quality evaluation is an important part of the teaching monitoring and controlling system.According to the questionnaire,most of the teachers can correct understanding of students evaluation of teaching significance,and agreed that students can make an objective appraisal of teaching.Also,the result shows that teacher's teaching process and the teaching effect is the evaluation of teaching level of the main factors,but there's some teaching effective factors for the evaluation results of interference can not be ignored.
