| 摘 要： | 后人多认为川芎茶调散是专治外风头痛而设，黎凯教授临证应用川芎茶调散加减治疗具有风邪特点的头面诸痛证，疗效显著。现从风邪的病因病机、发病特点、辨证规律、方药等方面就川芎茶调散治疗头面诸痛证的机理作以解析。

| Abstract: | The posterity much thinks that the Chuanxiong Chatiao San is adjusted to cure the pain of head and face caused by outside wind particularly, the professor of LI Kai applys Chuanxiong Chatiao San to add and subtract and spread to treat the pain of head and face that have the evil characteristics of wind a painful,certificate with various symptoms,the curative effect shows markedmess. Explore the mechanism that Chuanxiong Chatiao San cure the pain of head and face from these aspects including evil of wind of the pathogcny, characteristics, dialectical regulation, square medicine etc now. |
