摘    要:目的:检测冠心病心绞痛患者血C-反应蛋白(CRP)水平并探讨CRP与冠状动脉(冠脉)狭窄程度的相关性。方法:测定27例不稳定性心绞痛(UA)者,24例稳定性心绞痛(SA)者和21例对照者血浆C-反应蛋白(CRP)含量,并对UA和SA患者冠脉狭窄程度进行累积计分。结果:血浆CRP水平UA组明显高于SA组和对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.01),而后两者相比,无统计学差异(P>0.05);UA者多为轻至中度狭窄病变,而SA者以重度狭窄病变多见;但UA患者血浆CRP水平与冠脉狭窄程度积分无相关性(r=0.19,P>0.05)。结论:①UA患者血浆CRP水平明显增高;②提示CRP水平不能反映UA患者冠脉狭窄程度。

Abstract:Objective: To measure plasma concentrations of C-reactive protein (CRP) in patients with angina pectoris and to evaluate the correlation between CRP and the extent of coronary stenosis. Methods: We measured plasma CRP in 27 patients with unstable angina (UA), 24 patients with stable angina (SA), and 21 in controls, and the extent of an-giograghically documented coronary stenosis was scored as well. Results: Concentrations of CRP were significantly higher in patients with unstable angina than those in stable angina and normal group( P < 0.01) . In addition, compared with concentrations of CRP in SA patients with those of the control, there were no significance ( P > 0 .05) ; but CRP was negatively correlated with coronary stenosis score( r = 0 .19, P > 0.05). Conclusion: 1. Plasma concentrations of CRP elevate in patients with UA. 2. Plasma level of CRP can t reflect the extent of coronary stenosis in unstable angina pectoris.
