| 摘 要： | 目的提高医务工作者职业卫生安全,降低其生物性感染方面的职业危害。方法以处方醋酸氯己定0.5g,增效剂10mL,加70%乙醇至100mL配制的消毒液分装于携式喷雾器,并对其进行含量测定、皮肤刺激性试验、眼刺激试验、杀菌试验和乙肝病毒灭活试验。结果可用紫外分光光度计测定消毒液中醋酸氯己定含量,消毒液属无刺激性,以1:5稀释后的消毒液对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌5min杀菌率均为100%,对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞10min杀菌率为99.99%,10min可灭活HbsAg。结论实验数据均达到卫生部消毒剂相关标准。
