认知经验使小鼠在Porsolt游泳测试中较少挣扎而更多游泳

目的探讨认知对Porsolt游泳测试中小鼠行为的影响。方法先对昆明种小鼠进行Morris水迷宫测试，以试图评估小鼠问的不同认知能力(包括空间学习和记忆)；然后采用Porsolt游泳测试，分析小鼠认知能力及水中认知经验对其行为(包括试图爬壁挣脱、漂浮及游泳行为)影响。结果由于本实验所用昆明种小鼠不注意水面下平台，并不急于从水中逃脱，Morris水迷宫测试没有将小鼠的认知能力区别开。但经过Morris水迷宫测试的处理组小鼠，在Porsolt游泳测试中爬壁挣脱时间明显少于没有经过Morris水迷宫测试的对照组；而游泳时间，经过Morris水迷宫测试的处理组明显多于没有经过Morris水迷宫测试的对照组。两组间漂浮时间没有显著差异。结论通过Morris水迷宫测试所习得的认知经验，使小鼠在Porsolt游泳测试中较少挣扎，更多游泳，但漂浮行为没有明显改变。

Experienced Mice in the Porsolt Swim Test Struggle Less and Swim More

Objective To investigate the role of cognitiv e process in the mouse Porsolt swim test.Methods The Morris water maze test was used to evaluate t he cognitive ability(including space learning and memory) in different KM mice;t hen the Porsolt swim test was performed to observe the mouse behavior (strugglin g,swimming and floating) how to be influenced by the cognitive ability and exper ience.Results The cognitive ability of KM mice in the Morris wa ter maze test could not be differentiated as these mice did not care the hidden platform and did not hurry to get out of the water.After the Morris water maze t est,the experienced mice in the Porsolt swim test struggled gently and less,and swam strongly and more,but floated as usual as the unexperienced ones. Conclusion The cognitive experience makes KM mice in the Porsolt swim test struggle less and swim more,but float as usual.
