舌骨下区颈脏器周围的筋膜间隙

作采用断面解剖和间隙灌注方法观察了36具成年男尸的舌骨下区颈部脏器周围的筋膜间隙，结果表明，在颈部脏器的前方存在气管前间隙和舌骨下肌后间隙，在后方存在咽后间隙和危险间隙，本讨论了这四个间隙的延伸和相互通连情况，有助于颈深部感染的诊断和治疗。

The Cervical Fascial Spaces Surroundiug The Viscera Below The Hyoid Bone

The cervical fascial spaces surrounding the viscera below the hyoid bone of 36 male adult cadavers were investigated by serial sections and injection methods.The results showed that the pretracheal space and the posterior infrahyoid space located in front of the viscera of the neck and the retropharyngeal space and the danger space behind it respectively.This article discusses the intercommunications of these fascial spaces,which may be helpful in the diagnosis and treatment of the deep neck infections.
