骨康方促进骨质疏松性骨折愈合的机理

摘    要:目的:探讨中药骨康方促进骨质疏松性骨折愈合的机理。方法:将79例骨质疏松性骨折患者有效固定后,随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组内服中药骨康方,对照组用糖钙片口服。每组用药前和用药结束测量骨密度,每30d进行X线检查观察骨痂形成情况。结果:治疗组第60d骨痂明显多于对照组,骨皮质较治疗前增厚;骨折愈合时间:治疗组为(9.2±2.7)周,对照组为(12.2±2.5)周,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后骨密度(BMD)较治疗前明显增高,前后对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组治疗后BMD虽然有所升高,但前后对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组在治疗后BMD对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药骨康方有效促进骨质疏松性骨折愈合,其双向作用是骨质疏松性骨折愈合机理之一。

Promoting the mechanism of osteoporotic fracture healing by Gukang recipe

Abstract:Objective: This study was performed to clarify the mechanism of promoting healing of osteoporotic fractures by Gukang recipe. Methods: 79 patients with osteoporotic fractures were randomly divided into two groups (treated group and control group) after operation of fixation. Patients in treated group were treated with Gukang recipe and patients in control group were treated with sugar calcium. Patients in both groups were examined bone density before and behind the medication therapy. All the patients took X ray examination every 30 days to observe bone healing. Results: Patients in treated group had more callus than patients in control group and their cortical bones became thicker after 60 days' treatment. The healing time of fractures was (9.2 ±2.7) weeks in treated group and (12.2 ±2.5) weeks in control group. There was significant difference (P〈0.05). Patients in treated group had a increase of BMD after treatment and there was significant difference (P〈0.05) than that before treatment. Patients in control group had an increase of BMD after treatment but there was no significant difference (P〉0.05) than that before treatment. There was significant difference (P〈0.05) of BMD between the two groups after treatment. Conclusion: Gukang recipe can promote healing of osteoporotic fracture and its double-acting is one of the mechanisms of healing ofosteoporotic fractures.
